Annual 8th District Golf Outing
The District Golf Outing is scheduled for Saturday, 27 June, at Locust Hills Golf Course. Registration will begin at 7:00AM with a shot gun start at 8:00AM. Cost is $50.00 per person or $200.00 per team. Please download the registration form and submit to WB Rick Stewart or WB Bill Jones by 20 June. If anyone would like to sponsor a hole, please contact either of those Brothers. The cost to sponsor a hole is $100.00.
Raising at the Barn
Brethren, the 8th District will be teaming with the 14th District to confer a Master Mason Degree at a barn in Pickaway County. This is the planning to date.
July 18th is the date for the Barn "Raising" or Raising in a barn - The location is the Weiler Farm, (I will provide an address as soon as it is available).
There would be coffee and doughnuts starting at 7:00AM and the Degree work would start about 8:00AM. Each Brethren would need to bring an apron and their own lawn chair.
The 14th Districts' Brethren will perform the 1st section and the Lecture. The 8th Districts' Brethren will perform the Second Section and the Charge. We will need to put a team together for our part.
The 14th District will obtain the Dispensation through Grove City Lodge #689.
There will be a picnic following the degree so the Brethren will be able to socialize.
